    Looking For Something?

[wps-favourite-friend]

Purpose

Gives the user the option of making a profile a “favourite”. With this feature, on the user’s friends list shown with [wps-friends], a star is shown where profiles can be quickly made a favourite, or removed as one.

Favourite friends will always appear at the top of the list of friends, whether recently active or not. Whilst any profile can be made a favourite, it will not appear on the friends page, unless the two users are friends.

Availability

Provided in the Core Plugin.

Customising

You can use the global shortcode settings via WPS Pro->Shortcodes in the admin dashboard, or add them to the shortcode as options.

Example

To add the option to the profile page (it is not shown to “yourself), add the following:

[wps-favourite-friend]
